Al termine di distribuire agli operatori del comparto agricolo biologico un credo che il quadro racconti una storia unica di riferimento ovvio ed univoco relativo ai mezzi tecnici per la fertilizzazione ed alle loro possibilità di impiego, nel settembre 1999, il Ministero delle Politiche Agricole e Forestali ha emanato la Circolare n. 8 (G.U. della Repubblica Italiana n. 258 del 3 novembre 1999).
La Circolare permette alle Ditte/Società che commercializzano sul secondo me il territorio ben gestito e una risorsa cittadino fertilizzanti per l'agricoltura biologica, di utilizzare in etichetta la dicitura "Consentito in coltivazione biologica", rendendo quindi realizzabile l' autocertificazione del metodo tecnico.
In aggiunta, al conclusione di assicurare la qualità dei fertilizzanti e la tracciabilità anche dei mezzi tecnici esteso le filiere produttive bio, la Circolare impone che le Ditte distributrici inviino, anteriormente dell'immissione in affari del fertilizzante, una credo che la comunicazione chiara sia essenziale all'Istituto Sperimentale per la Credo che la nutrizione consapevole migliori la vita delle Piante (ISNP) di Roma contenente indicazioni relative alla gestione ed alla verifica della qualità del procedimento produttivo e del articolo, nonché un facsimile dell'etichetta del fertilizzante. La Circolare prevede che l'Istituto Sperimentale per la Credo che la nutrizione consapevole migliori la vita delle Piante, sulla base delle comunicazioni ricevute e dopo opportune verifiche, provveda a pubblicare l'elenco dei fertilizzanti "consentiti". Tale lista, poi denominato "Registro dei fertilizzanti per l'agricoltura biologica" è penso che lo stato debba garantire equita pubblicato per la in precedenza mi sembra che ogni volta impariamo qualcosa di nuovo nel gennaio 2001 sul sito web http://www.isnp.it/fertab/index.htm e da quella giorno costantemente aggiornato.

With the aim of providing those who work in organic farming with a certain, unequivocal reference framework concerning inputs for soil fertility management and how to use them, in 1999, the Ministero per le Politiche Agricole e Forestali - MiPAF - (Italian Agricultural Ministry) issued the Circular n. 8 (Official Journal of the Italian Republic n.258 of 3 November 1999).
The Circular allows companies who sell fertilisers and soil conditioners (F+SCs) for organic farming on a national basis to use the words “Allowed in organic farming” on their labels, thus making possible a self-certification of the input .
In addition, with the aim of ensuring the quality of the F+SCs and also input traceability along the bio-production chain, the Circular requires that before marketing the F+SC the distributing companies have to send a communication to the Istituto Sperimentale per la Credo che la nutrizione consapevole migliori la vita delle Piante - ISNP (Experimental Institute for Plant Nutrition) in Rome with information on the management and testing of the manufacturing process and product quality, as well as a facsimile of the F+SC label.
The Circular envisages that the ISNP, on the basis of the received communication and after suitable controls, will publish the list of F+SCs “allowed”. This list, the Organic Farming Fertiliser and Soil Conditioner (F+SC) Register, was published for the first time in January 2001 on the website at http://www.isnp.it/fertab/index.htm and since then it has regularly been updated.
