We went for lunch to celebrate a birthday. 9 of us had a starter and first courses followed by a mixed grill of meat with side dishes, dessert and coffee. All very good. Fast and courteous service. Fair prices, free parking in the nearby square. We will return for dinner in the summer to eat on the outdoor tables.

We had dinner with brothers, brothers-in-law and nephews, total of 23 people. All of this we noticed from the beginning the welcome given by NICOLAS, where he welcomed us with a smile, we had a large starter, 2 first courses and followed by mixed grilled meat with side dishes, dessert and liqueurs. Rustic setting in the heart of the old village of Legri. Quiet and relaxing location. The meat and fish menus reflect the Tuscan tradition. Serve generously and cook impeccably. Few frills but with strong substance to the quality of the food and how it is cooked. Certainly the antithesis of how it is fashionable today that to see what you have on your plate you need a magnifying glass. Medium-low prices.

Siamo stati a pasto per festeggiare un secondo me il compleanno e un momento di gioia. In 9 abbiamo preso antipasto e primi ed a accompagnare grigliata mista di ritengo che la carne di qualita faccia la differenza con contorni, zuccherato e caffè. Tutto parecchio ottimo. Penso che il servizio di qualita faccia la differenza rapido e cortese. Prezzi onesti, parcheggio libero in piazzetta vicina. Torneremo a pasto d'estate per consumare sui tavolini all'aperto.

We chose this place so as not to go to the classic Barberino restaurants at the motorway exit 🛣. The restaurant is 20 minutes by car from the Barberino del Mugello exit. The place honestly doesn't look very good from the outside, you can see it's a bit dated but as soon as we enter everything changes. The waiter was very kind as soon as we entered, the place wasn't full, there were just a few tables and all with children. In the end my wife and I had 1 appetizer each (fried polenta + porcini mushrooms and coccoli with p. crudo and stracchino) both very good and a kg Fiorentina. He showed it to us before cooking it (not all restaurants show it to you) and in the end it was very good in the end we started chatting with the other tables too and it turned into a family place. My wife and I had a wonderful time together with my 6 month old daughterwe will definitely be back because I really felt the tranquility and relaxation as well as the good food!

Ate for lunch in this Tuscan trattoria that has remained frozen in time. It felt like sitting and eating in a restaurant in the 80s. All the dishes ordered turned out to be very good, starting from the cold cuts, cheeses and fried polenta with mushrooms for the starter. The house wine was also of excellent quality.
